Woodgrove provides an accurate measurement of your processing plant. The systems being measured are Rock Characterization, Froth Characterization, Mill Detection, and Cyclone Detection.
Each system can stand alone or be integrated into an overall solution.

Woodgrove provides stability and improved system control with our PARC® proprietary regulatory control technology. Following accurate measurement and control, optimization is provided by Woodgrove's Awareness Expert System - AwaRE®. The Expert System combines a heuristic model with a fuzzy logic core and an inference engine to optimize the operation. AwaRE® evaluates the current state of the process. This evaluation is not black and white. AwaRE® determines the confidence that the situation exists, and it makes changes based on the level of certainty. By using the ability to “reason”, the expert system is uniquely suited to guide the strategy of the PARC® controllers. AwaRE® is designed to identify a change of operational regime and modify the operational targets of the controllers or replace the controller with one better suited to the task. This ability to classify is a key to maintaining a robust and viable solution, even within the complex environment of mineral processing. AwaRE® has the capability to directly control the process when required.
